Satoshi Minakawa is a Japanese photographer currently based in London, UK. The selection of photographs seen here are from his work in fashion/editorial, where I particularly like his use of exposure techniques to convey motion in the images. Combined with the style of lighting and colouring, his painterly approach to photographic image-making is remarkably engaging.
